SHIPPING AND DELIVERY INFORMATION

DTC2 Global applies the following shipping and delivery rules to ensure all orders are delivered safely, on time, and completely:

Orders are dispatched within 3 business days after confirmation, depending on stock availability.
Deliveries are carried out via professional courier companies contracted by DTC2 Global.
Shipping tracking details are shared via the system and email after the order is completed.
Delivery times may vary depending on the location of the buyer.
In case of damaged items, a shipping damage report must be issued upon delivery. Returns without a report are not accepted.
Shipping fees are calculated automatically by the system based on campaign and order amount and added to the order total.
